Warehousing Service Standards 

  1. Unloading

    1. Unloading cargo from truck will be comply with generally accepted standards of the logistics industry for operation practices.

    2. Labor is not allowed to unload a cargo more than 25 KG per load, forklift is not allow to unload a cargo more than 2500 KG per load and crane is not allow to unload a cargo more than 4000 KG per load unless additional unloading requirements are not agreed in specific agreement.

    3. Hercules operation supervisor will record unloaded cargoes, unloading time and collaborate the unloading procedures.

  2. Receiving

    1. Hercules will receive advanced shipment notice (“ASN”) to Hercules via email prior twenty-four (24) hours.

    2. Hercules will perform goods receipt process based on information contained in ASN (i.e. PO number, SKU, number, quantity, etc.). Process will include cargo inspection for visible damages.

    3. Upon successful Goods receipt, Hercules will notify Client via email and will update the Hercules Logistics inventory records accordingly.

    4. Hercules will notify Client promptly upon discovery of cargoes which are not properly identified, marked, sealed, and packed.

  3. Storage

    1. Hercules will store the received cargoes with generally accepted standards of the warehousing industry for operation. 

    2. Hercules will provide temperature and humidity environmental control for temperature-sensitive and humidity-sensitive Goods.

    3. Determination of which Goods will be stored in temperature and humidity sensitive environment will be by mutual agreement among Client and Hercules.

    4. Hercules will notify Client promptly upon discovery of any damage to Goods while in Hercules Logistics Warehouses.

    5. Hercules will notify Client for any material discrepancy and any visible damage within twenty-four (24) hours after discovery at the Hercules Logistics Warehouses.

  4. Inventory

    1. Inventory will be managed according to the UOM agreed in specific agreement. 

    2. Hercules will monitor and report inventory levels as described in this Scope of Work. In no event will Hercules have the obligation or authority to determine the level of Goods inventory to be ordered into, or maintained in Hercules Logistics Warehouses.

    3. Inventory will be managed on a first-In-first-out basis where the ‘in’ date is deemed to be the later of (i) the delivery date requested in the relevant Goods order issued to Client; and (ii) the date the Goods actually arrived at the Hercules Logistics Warehouses (“Modified FIFO”).

  5. Loading

    1. Loading cargo from truck will be comply with generally accepted standards of the logistics industry for operation practices.

    2. Labor is not allowed to load a cargo more than 25 KG per load, forklift is not allow to load a cargo more than 2500 KG per load and crane is not allow to load a cargo more than 4000 KG per load unless additional loading requirements are not agreed in specific agreement.

  6. Dispatch

    1. Hercules will pick, check and ship after receiving the stock request or delivery order from Client. 

    2. Hercules will generate appropriate documentation for shipment (e.g. Pack List; Truck Manifest, Waybill, including DN#).

    3. Hercules will perform hand-off to carrier for delivery.

  7. Others

    1. In the case of damage, notice will include digital pictures of damaged boxes. Goods that appear to be damaged upon receipt will be placed in ‘hold’ status until Hercules and Client’s determination of extent of damage and resolution. 

    2. Hercules will allow Client to execute full inventory cycle count twice per year.

    3. Dedicated customer service will be provided to address any questions or concerns from Client.

Transportation Service Standards

  1. Loading

    1. Hercules will receive delivery order (“DO”) to Hercules via email prior twenty-four (24) hours.

    2. Hercules will perform loading process based on information contained in DO (i.e. PO number, SKU, number, quantity, etc.). Process will include cargo inspection for visible damages.

    3. Driver and banksman will record loaded cargoes, loading time and collaborate the loading procedures.

    4. Transportation service doesn't include loading. In case of loading place doesn't have loading facilities, our driver will arrange suitable labor or equipment from nearest places. Loading cargo on truck will be comply with generally accepted standards of the logistics industry for operation practices.

    5. Upon successful Goods loading, Hercules will notify Client via email and will issue appropriate documentation for shipment (e.g. Pack List; Truck Manifest, Waybill, including DN#).

    6. Hercules will notify Client promptly upon discovery of cargoes which are not properly identified, marked, sealed, and packed.

  2. Transportation

    1. Hercules will deliver the cargoes from place of loading to place of unloading.

    2. In the event of mechanical malfunctions for breakdowns Hercules will arrange equivalent replacement for transportation.

    3. Hercules will secure cargo for transportation comply with generally accepted standards of the logistics industry for operation practices.

    4. Hercules will notify Client promptly upon discovery of any damage to Goods or accidents during transportation.

  3. Vehicle

    1. All vehicles provided must have valid local quality registration, licensed, and have the appropriate Government permits to provide commercial transportation services. 

    2. Vehicles provided by Hercules shall be in good mechanical and working condition except for normal wear-and-tear and well equipped with proper tools and an enclosed compartment to secure the high value cargo and equipment.

    3. Hercules shall ensure all drivers meet the standards required by local and national law to drive the specific vehicle assigned, have valid vehicle license and vehicles are insured as required by local and national law. 

  4. Unloading

    1. Driver and banksman will record unloaded cargoes, unloading time and collaborate the unloading procedures.

    2. Transportation service doesn't include unloading. In case of unloading place doesn't have unloading facilities, our driver will arrange suitable labor or equipment from nearest places. Unloading cargo from truck will be comply with generally accepted standards of the logistics industry for operation practices.

    3. Hercules will get proof of delivery documentation and other additionally required documents.

  5. Others

    1. In the case of damage, notice will include digital pictures of damaged boxes. Goods that appear to be damaged upon receipt will be placed in ‘hold’ status until Hercules and Client’s determination of extent of damage and resolution. 

    2. Dedicated customer service will be provided to address any questions or concerns from Client.
